How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by clicking on the tracking number provided in your email. Please make sure to check your inbox and junk/spam folders. You may also download the https://shop.app/ (available for IOS & Android users) to track the package.

Do you offer cancellations and exchanges?

a. Yes, you are able to cancel your order within 24hrs. If your order has shipped,
we are not able to cancel the order.
We do not offer refunds or cancellations on digital products.
b. We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please inspect your package upon arrival. If damaged, let us make it right. Contact info@hvsmerch.com immediately! Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order.

What if my package is lost in the mail?

If your package is lost in the mail, please contact your local delivery carriers and they will assist you in tracking your package. We are not responsible for orders lost, mishandled, or stolen once shipped from our facility. When ordering please make sure you have the correct address on file!
